The information provided is based on scientific research on Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT) and Intensive short term psychodynamic therapy (ISTDP). We will learn what anxiety is and how anxiety is not your fault. We will also learn the connection between anxiety and emotional regulation and assertiveness.
